Nurses:

Our nurses are specifically trained to deal with patients who are in constant pain, due to either acute or chronic injury. Patients who have come to Spinal Diagnostics and have seen a number of other physicians, frequently state that on top of being vastly knowledgeable and experienced, the staff is more caring and sympathetic. [View our patient testimonials].

Each patient is called prior to their procedure by one of our nursing staff members. The patient's medical history is obtained and the nurse goes through all pre-procedure requirements accordingly. A nursing advice line has been established to assist patients with pre-procedure questions, post-procedure concerns, or problems that may occur.

Technologists:

The second, and equally vital part of the clinical department, are the procedure room technologists. These highly trained personnel assist the patient and the physician before, during, and after each procedure. They work with the patient to ensure that he or she has a good understanding of the diagnostic or therapeutic procedure that he or she is about to undergo. Correct positioning, safety and comfort remain their priority at all times.

To monitor how well we are achieving our goals, patients are requested to fill out satisfaction questionnaires. Through these questionnaires, patients rate every step of their experience with Spinal Diagnostics, beginning from scheduling their appointments down to having the actual procedures. We are proud to state that our satisfaction rate on these questionnaires is 98%.
